EMPLOYMENT LAWYER – JOIN OUR TEAM IN HELSINKI

Our Employment team is seeking new colleagues. As a member of the team, you will assist our Finnish and international clients to navigate through employer obligations in a changing business environment, in their growth and development. Our ideal candidate will have a background in advising employers on various employment law matters. You may already have the ability to manage complex legal matters independently or you have a genuine interest in growing and becoming a trusted advisor.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for both more experienced and also younger colleagues at the early stages of their career. From you we are expecting the following:

  • Younger lawyers: at least 1-2 years of relevant experience and basic knowledge in employment law
  • Senior lawyers: at least 5 years of relevant experience in employment law and ability to work independently
  • An attitude to work collaboratively within a team and ambition for personal growth and supporting the firm’s goals
  • Proactivity and a can-do attitude
  • Customer service mindset
  • Fully proficient in both Finnish and English

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include advising employers in all of their employment matters throughout the employment lifecycle, court proceedings, employment data privacy and working with M&A transactions. Your role and responsibilities will be adjusted based on your experience. You will also contribute and take part in the business development of the employment team.
