We have a WorkSmart+ policy that supports flexible working arrangements. If you have any specific flexible working requirements, please feel free to ask, and we would be happy to discuss.

We regularly benchmark our positions against the external market to ensure we offer competitive compensation. Our recruitment team is available to discuss compensation and benefits for the applicable role during the application and assessment process. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.

You will need to have the right to work in the country where the role is based to pass pre-screening requirements. This ensures compliance with local employment laws and regulations. However, you do not need the Right to Work to apply. Please do let us know of any visa requirements that you may have.

If you need any specific adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know at any stage. We’re committed to providing the necessary accommodations to support you. This includes prior to making an application and at any stage during the selection, assessment and onboarding stage.

We welcome applications to different roles if your skill set matches the requirements of the positions. Feel free to explore various opportunities that align with your expertise.

During the interview process, you will meet the relevant recruiter and hiring manager for the position. Additionally, you might meet other team members to help you understand the key stakeholders for the role. Depending on the position, you may be asked to complete additional assessments, such as legal reasoning, spelling or preparing a presentation on a specific topic. This thorough process ensures the role aligns well to your skills and experience.

To prepare for your interview, the recruiter will brief you on the format and what to expect on the day. We recommend taking the time to articulate why you are interested in DLA Piper and the specific opportunity. Think of examples that best demonstrate your relevant experience. Using the STAR approach (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers can be very effective. This preparation will help you present your skills and experiences clearly and confidently.

Yes, we are committed to providing timely and meaningful feedback for both successful and unsuccessful candidates. This ensures you have valuable insights into your application and interview process.

Please contact recruitment@dlapiper.com with any questions who can direct your query.
