Legal Technology Specialist

The role

La figura di Legal Technology Specialist è inserita all’interno del team IT e si occupa di prestare supporto agli utenti rispondendo alle esigenze IT del business dell’azienda con lo scopo di migliorare le modalità di utilizzo delle tecnologie legali a livello interno per fornire un servizio migliore ai clienti.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assistenza utenti per meeting in sale riunioni, presentazioni e visite in loco dei clienti
• Assistenza utenti in occasione di aggiornamenti e cambi sistema a livello internazionale e/o locale
• Formazione team Reception sui principali tools IT necessari per i meeting interni
• Training per Staff e Professionisti sui sistemi tecnologici in uso ove richiesto
• Induction IT in occasione di nuovi ingressi
• Aggiornamento periodo documentazione Induction IT
• Predisposizione dotazione IT e device postazione
• Supporto in occasione di spostamenti degli uffici
• Identificazione e comunicazione delle soluzioni tecnologiche e innovative rispetto ai casi d’uso e ai requisiti degli utenti
• Manutenzione giornaliera di database, stesura report e amministrazione dei documenti (IT forms) di consegna dotazione IT
• Gestione dello stock di magazzino (es. laptop, iphone, tools vari)
• Aggiornamento periodico procedure IT locali
• Attività di Helpdesk
• Supporto ai professionisti nella risoluzione di problematiche relative a Software legali
• Partecipazione a progetti internazionali ove richiesto

ABOUT YOU: 

• Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di supporto IT
• Conoscenza delle tecnologie di Microsoft ed Apple
• Ottima padronanza degli strumenti informatici
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
• Ottime capacità problem solving
• Capacità di interfacciarsi con tutti i livelli presenti in azienda
• Flessibilità

• Buone capacità communicative e relazionali
