The role

Working as part of the GSC L&D Operations team to support the International L&D Team and other Business Partners in the implementation of international and regional learning and development activities.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have the ability to follow set operating procedures, meeting service level agreements with a focus on quality and customer service. Candidates must have the energy and enthusiasm to work flexibly in a fast moving and ever-changing environment.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively work with stakeholders to manage and implement learning programs
  • Utilize the Learning Management System to send delegate invites, manage responses and queries, manage course registration and record attendance
  • Create learning assignments in Learning Management System
  • Maintain course items, course materials, recordings and attendance lists for key learning programs
  • Manage the administration involved in allocating learning curriculums to each employee
  • Manage the post course evaluation process
  • Run reports related to learning and analyze learning data, ensure accuracy in data collection and reporting about learning activities
  • Interpret learning data to deliver meaningful insights, tailor reports to meet the specific needs of different stakeholders, such as HR managers or course owners
  • Make sure that reports are of good quality and delivered on time (e.g. daily reports, monthly reports)
  • Maintain process documentation and Service Now requests  
  • Work on more complex tasks/ queries/ service improvements as required
  • Both share and apply best practices
  • Ensure that all relevant company’s standards and guidelines are met

ABOUT YOU

  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels of organisation
  • At least 2-year experience in HR/Learning and Development area in international environment
  • Experience in working with HR Information Systems, Learning Management Systems, preferably SuccessFactors  
  • Practical IT skills in utilizing the tools to complete work: MS Office apps, spreadsheets, word processing, presentation and e-mail software (Outlook) 
  • Knowledge in Excel and analyzing HR datasets: report production and analysis, report customization 
  • Ability to combine technical and soft skills to effectively manage and interpret data, as well as communicate outcomes, logical thinking
  • Keen attention to detail with focus on quality
  • Proven planning and organizational skills with experience of working to tight deadlines and prioritization of own workload 
  • Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems and make decisions where appropriate
  • Customer focus with ability to manage and resolve conflicts and build and maintain positive working relationships
  • Proactive approach, solution focused attitude
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and work independently 
  • Experience in working in a Shared Service Centre will be an asset.
