DLA Piper’s Finance practice is growing, and we are looking for a high performing Solicitor (ideally with 2 – 4 years’ experience) with banking and finance experience based in Melbourne to join the team. This is your opportunity to join a leading team and develop your career, working closely with our finance partner Alex Regan and Special Counsel Caroline Rowe on a range of market leading transactions in the areas of leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance and project finance.
Our team works across various sectors, including private equity, renewable energy, natural resources, infrastructure and real estate. The role involves a significant amount of cross-border work collaborating with our offices in the US, Europe and Asia to structure innovative transactions into the Australian market.
