- Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune, including profiles, compliance policies and application deployment.
- Manage packaging and deployment of business applications and maintain version control.
- Execute patching and configuration controls for end‑user devices and supported systems, remediating exceptions as required.
- Maintain configuration hygiene, monitoring, and operational documentation to reduce support load and risk.
- Support technical elements of joiners/movers/leavers processes, ensuring thorough documentation and evidence.
- Coordinate with vendors and third‑party providers on escalations, fault resolution, and service restoration.
- Implement approved changes following agreed change management processes, ensuring evidence capture and rollback planning
- Provide Level 2 troubleshooting for meeting room and office technology, including deeper configuration issues.
About you
We are looking for someone who brings the following experience and strengths:
- Strong experience administering Microsoft environments including Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, and identity/access fundamentals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage patching, configuration, monitoring, and incident resolution.
- Strong written documentation and evidence discipline across tickets, change records, and knowledge articles.
- Ability to work confidently within change processes and controlled environments.
The below is desirable, though not essential:
- Experience in ISO 27001‑aligned environments and client audit readiness.
- Familiarity with legal technology platforms (e.g. iManage, Elite 3E, InterAction+).
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot enablement, data loss prevention, and information governance basics.
Attributes:
- Curious, solution‑oriented, and eager to learn.
- Strong people skills and professionalism when working with end users.
- Able to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
If you are detail‑focused, technically confident, and enjoy improving systems and processes while working in a collaborative team that values enthusiasm and a good sense of humour – we'd love to hear from you.
We warmly welcome applications from our international DLA Piper colleagues, whether you are returning home to New Zealand or looking to relocate.
