
Role Purpose
Grande opportunitĂ per entrare a far parte del nostro team Finance a Milano come Accountant. La risorsa si occuperĂ di eseguire la registrazione e la documentazione di ogni movimento contabile con particolare attenzione agli adempimenti fiscali lato passivo e alle relative attivitĂ amministrative.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Tenuta della prima nota di cassa;
- Registrazione contabile dei pagamenti avvenuti tramite carte di credito aziendali e relativo addebito ai clienti;
- Registrazione dei pagamenti tramite conto corrente bancario e relativo addebito ai clienti;
- Registrazioni delle note spese dei professionisti;
- Preparazione delle registrazioni contabili di base e delle relative scritture;
- Gestione delle registrazioni contabili fino alla redazione del bilancio;
- Gestione della fatturazione passiva;
- Garanzia del corretto rispetto delle normative fiscali e tributarie;
- Monitoraggio del rispetto delle scadenze e delle procedure amministrative;
- Archiviazione dei documenti per la conservazione della documentazione;
- Rispetto di tutte le procedure contabili interne per garantire la sicurezza finanziaria dell'azienda.
- Verificare le ritenute d’acconto dei professionisti;
- Assistere le riconciliazioni di fine anno per gli audit esterni e le relazioni richieste relative all'attivitĂ dei debiti;
- Fornire la reportistica necessaria a supporto dell’Accounting Manager;
- Supportare l’Accounting Manager nella predisposizione di dichiarativi fiscali;
- Gestire la banca e la cassa;
- Controllare e registrare le carte di credito;
- Verificare la corretta archiviazione digitale e cartacea dei documenti per mantenere la documentazione storica;
- Seguire tutte le procedure relative alla contabilità interna per mantenere la sicurezza finanziaria dell’azienda.
About you
- Diploma di maturitĂ (ragioneria, amministrazione/finanza e marketing o affini) o Laurea Triennale in Economia;
- Pregressa esperienza, in ambito amministrativo, accounting, finance;
- Buona conoscenza dei processi contabili riguardanti il ciclo passivo;
- Ottima padronanza degli strumenti informatici;
- Team working;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

- Buone capacitĂ communicative e relazionali.
