We are currently recruiting a bright Trainee Lawyer to join our Employment team in Milan, where you will be supporting senior associates and partners of the team in advising clients on a wide range of employment matters. You will be advising leading national and international companies operating in the most prominent industries on a wide range of employment matters including general advice, both ordinary and strategic; assistance on contentious matters and the management of the relationship with trade unions; social security law.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Assistance in drafting disputes related documents
  • Deadlines managements, filing of legal briefs; service of process and all the practical activities related to the civil proceeding
  • Participation in hearings and meetings with clients together with the associate/partner responsible for the matter
  • Case law study
  • Analysis of contractual agreements and other case documentation
  • Preliminary drafting of due diligence report
  • Teamwork with senior or junior resources

About you

  • Italian Law Degree with great academic results
  • Candidates will preferably expect to sit for the first session of Italian Bar Exam in 2027
  • Strong interest in labor law will be considered as a plus
  • Excellent English and Italian language skills
  • Personal commitment and learning attitude
  • Energetic and entrepreneurial mind-set
  • Motivated and team player
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in employment law with a leading international law firm or employment boutique dealing with international matters will be consider as a plus
