Wij zoeken een enthousiaste Knowledge Coördinator die onze knowledge managementstrategie versterkt en bijdraagt aan innovatieve ontwikkelingen, zoals AI-gedreven applicaties. Als Knowledge Coördinator speel je een cruciale rol in het beheren en ontwikkelen van onze lokale knowledge management (KM) strategie. Je overziet alle KM-initiatieven binnen onze zeven praktijkgroepen en bent een drijvende kracht achter nieuwe projecten, zoals de verdere ontwikkeling van AI-gebaseerde softwareapplicaties.

Je denkt strategisch na over hoe knowledge optimaal kan worden benut en draagt bij aan innovatie binnen onze dienstverlening. Je werkt nauw samen met onze zeven lokale Knowledge Partners, die verantwoordelijk zijn voor het uitrollen van de strategie binnen hun praktijkgroepen, en ondersteunt hen in het stimuleren en implementeren van kennisdeling. In deze rol ben je geen klassieke Knowledge Lawyer, maar een innovatieve projectleider die van A tot Z betrokken is bij nieuwe initiatieven.

Je overlegt en onderhandelt met externe partijen over innovatieve oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat tijd en energie worden besteed aan de juiste projecten. Door jouw overtuigingskracht en communicatieve vaardigheden weet je interne en externe stakeholders te enthousiasmeren en mee te nemen in de verdere ontwikkeling van knowledge management en technologie. Je rapporteert direct aan de Managing Partner, het Management Team en het Hoofd van Knowledge.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Leiding nemen in de ontwikkeling en implementatie van knowledge management plannen voor onze zeven praktijkgroepen (Corporate, Employment, Finance, IP&T, Litigation & Regulatory, Real Estate en Tax)
  • Coördineren en monitoren van kennisinitiatieven, waaronder kennissystemen, informatievoorziening en know-how-structuren
  • Samenwerken met externe partners bij de ontwikkeling van AI-toepassingen
  • Stimuleren van kennisdeling en optimaal gebruik van zowel bestaande tools als nieuwe technologieën
  • Aansluiting vinden bij internationale frameworks binnen DLA Piper

About you

  • Een afgeronde universitaire Rechtenopleiding
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur binnen een advocatenkantoor
  • Een juridische achtergrond gecombineerd met sterke interesse in kennis, technologie en projectmanagement
  • Ervaring in het coördineren van projecten en initiatieven met diverse stakeholders
  • Overtuigingskracht en uitstekende stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden
  • Een innovatieve en oplossingsgerichte aanpak
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

Our hiring approach

Our hiring approach enables us to learn about the professional and person you are, and gives you the opportunity to learn about us. Your recruitment experience can differ depending on the type of role you are interviewing for. You will always meet your direct Line Manager for your role, as well as peers and close collaborators for the position. For some of our roles we may also use assessment tools, practical exercises, and panel presentations.
