What has surprised you most about DLA Piper?

The incredible people that make up the firm. From day one, I’ve been amazed by the supportive and collaborative atmosphere. Colleagues are highly skilled and professional, and also kind and approachable. The positive work environment fosters continuous learning and development, enabling me to constantly grow and improve. 

Additionally, working with nice clients has been a positive experience, as they bring interesting and challenging projects that make my work both rewarding and engaging. I joined DLA Piper in 2019 as a Junior Associate, and today I'm a Counsel, which speaks volumes about the firm’s commitment to professional growth and development.

Do you have any advice for students aspiring to pursue a career in law?

Certainly! I encourage students to stay curious and fully commit to your journey. Curiosity is essential because it drives you to continuously learn and explore new areas of the law. Always ask questions, seek out new experiences and tasks, and stay informed about the latest news in the legal field. Commitment is equally important. The legal profession demands dedication, hard work, and perseverance. Stay focused on your goals and be prepared to put in the effort required to achieve them. Remember, a successful career in law is built on a foundation of knowledge, passion, and unwavering commitment.
