We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Lawyer to join our legal team. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in real estate and energy law, who enjoys working on complex transactions and development projects in a dynamic business environment.

Main duties and responsibilities

Your role and responsibilities will be adjusted based on your experience.

  • Advise our Finnish and international clients on real estate transactions, leasing, property development, construction and land use matters.
  • Prepare and review commercial agreements, such as leases, sale and purchase agreements, and construction contracts.
  • Support clients in due diligence processes related to property and infrastructure projects.
  • Provide legal guidance on zoning, permitting, and environmental regulation in cooperation with authorities and consultants.
  • Contribute to energy-related projects, including renewable energy developments, data centers and other industrial assets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure legally sound and business-oriented solutions.

About you

  • A Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from a Finnish university (or equivalent).
  • Ideally 1–3 years of relevant experience in real estate or energy law (experience from a law firm or corporate setting is an advantage).
  • Genuine interest in real estate and energy-related matters, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills and an ability to communicate complex issues clearly.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English (both written and spoken) – other language skills are a plus.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently when needed.

Compensation. Based on the recommendation of The Association of Finnish Lawyers (Juristiliitto) and previous relevant work experience.
