THE OPPORTUNITY

Great opportunity to join our competition and regulated markets team within our Litigation & Regulatory practice group in Rome. You will be supporting associates and partners of the team both on transactional and contentious matters.

The team has extensive experience in assisting clients in proceedings before regulatory and antitrust authorities as well as in regulatory and antitrust advice and litigation.

The practice also covers consumer protection issues, including the areas of unfair commercial practices and class actions.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Legal research
  • Case law study
  • Analysis of contractual agreements and other case documentation
  • Assistance in drafting memoranda, legal opinions, judicial and extrajudicial documents 
  • Attendance to hearings and meetings
  • Full engagement and involvement in client matters

ABOUT YOU

  • Graduated with excellent academic marks froma leading University
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills in Italian and English 
  • Interest in regulation and competition law
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Personal commitment and learning attitude
  • Energetic and entrepreneurial mind-set
  • Motivated and team player
