Grande opportunità per entrare a far parte del nostro team Finance a Milano come Accountant AR. La risorsa avrà il compito di eseguire la registrazione e la documentazione di ogni movimento contabile. Si occuperà delle attività relative alle entrate e al ciclo della fatturazione attiva avendo cura di provvedere agli obblighi di legge che impattano sulle attività economiche e giuridiche dell’azienda.
Compiti Principali
- Fornire supporto all’Accounting Manager nella definizione dei carichi di lavoro e nella gestione del team AR e delle relative attività ;
- Gestire mensilmente gli incassi ricevuti dai clienti e verificare la loro posizione finanziaria;
- Gestire le scritture contabili utili alla predisposizione del bilancio previa verifica dell’Accounting Manager;
- Riconciliare mensilmente la situazione contabile dei clienti;
- Inviare le fatture elettroniche all’Agenzia delle Entrate tramite il sistema di interscambio;
- Redigere le scritture contabili di base e dei relativi registri;
- Predisporre gli adempimenti fiscali e previdenziali;
- Tenere i registri della contabilitĂ e verificare la loro esattezza;
- Monitorare il rispetto delle scadenze e delle procedure amministrative;
- Assistere le riconciliazioni di fine anno per gli audit esterni e le relazioni richieste relative all'attivitĂ dei crediti;
- Verificare la corretta archiviazione dei documenti per mantenere la documentazione storica;
- Seguire tutte le procedure relative alla contabilitĂ interna per mantenere la sicurezza finanziaria dell'azienda.
Caratteristiche del Candidato
Tecniche:
- Pregressa esperienza in ambito amministrativo, accounting, finance;
- Conoscenza approfondita dei principi di contabilità generale e fiscale d’impresa;
- Conoscenza principi che regolano il bilancio d’esercizio e i suoi aspetti civilistici e fiscali;
- Diploma ragioneria;
- Ottima padronanza degli strumenti informatici tra cui SAP;
- Buona conoscenza dei processi contabili riguardanti il ciclo passivo;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
