Main duties and responsibilities
- Performing reception duties including welcoming guests and managing front desk enquiries
- Preparing and serving barista made coffee, beverages and catering with precision and care
- Coordinating internal and external catering for meetings and corporate events
- Supporting cocktail functions, boardroom lunches and staff events
- Managing daily running sheets and client meeting schedules
- Coordinating meeting room bookings, set‑ups and break‑downs
- Collaborating with IT, Reception and Property & Workplace teams to ensure technology, service and spaces elevate the client experience
- Maintaining clean, organised and well‑stocked kitchens and client spaces
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across the Front of House experience
- Ensuring all service delivery aligns with brand standards, safety requirements and hospitality best practice

- Professional, polished presentation with warm, confident communication
- Experience in premium hospitality or corporate Front of House environments
- Strong barista skills and the ability to prepare high‑quality coffees consistently
- Highly organised, calm under pressure and attentive to detail
- Proactive, solutions‑focused approach to customer service
- Collaborative team player with strong initiative and the ability to anticipate needs
- Confident using technology, administrative systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
