We are currently recruiting a talented trainee lawyer to join our Finance team in Milan. You will be supporting senior lawyers and partners of the team in a wide range of financing transactions, including corporate (acquisition finance, LBO, corporate lending) and real estate, in which they regularly advise both lender side and borrower/sponsor side.
The team mainly deals with corporate, banking, and financial law, with a particular focus on project finance, acquisition financing, corporate credit, real estate financing, and debt restructuring.
Lawyers also provide assistance regarding bankruptcy law with particular reference to out-of-court agreements for the restructuring and rescheduling of corporate debt, in which they support companies in a state of crisis or lenders.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Legal research and due diligence.
 - Assistance in drafting legal opinions.
 - Assistance in contract drafting.
 - Analysis of contractual agreements and other legal documents.
 - Full engagement and involvement in client matters.
 
About you
- Law degree with great academic results.
 - Candidates will preferably expect to sit for the first session of Italian Bar Exam in 2026.
 - Excellent communication and drafting skills in Italian and English.
 - Minimum 6 months' experience in acquisition financing, corporate credit, real estate financing, and debt restructuring is preferred and will be considered a plus.
