We are looking for a (Junior) Marketing & Business Development Specialist – Pitch, to join our dynamic Marketing & Business Development team at the Warsaw office of DLA Piper law firm, one of the world’s leading international legal practices.

This role offers a unique opportunity to support a top-tier legal practice and gain hands-on experience across business development, pitching, marketing, PR, and digital communications.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Partners and lawyers on client-facing proposals, presentations, and legal directory submissions,
  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns, events, PR and social media activities that strengthen the firm’s brand and client relationships,
  • Work with market and client data, preparing research, reports, and intelligence for strategic planning,
  • Contribute to the development of promotional materials, digital content, and employer branding initiatives,
  • Gain hands-on experience with modern BD and marketing tools, including CRM systems, pitch platforms, and social media channels.
  • Constant update of knowledge and competences necessary for proper fulfillment of duties relevant for the position, being up to date with the Labor Law and Taxes, and following all novelties on the market

About you

  • A minimum of one year of experience in marketing, communications, or business development, ideally in a professional services or international environment,
  • Excellent command of English and Polish (C1 level), strong organizational skills, and attention to detail,
  • A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn from experienced colleagues,
  • An interest in developing expertise across business development, marketing, and communications
