As part of the Global Service Center’s (GSC) Finance function, you will be at the heart of our operations, enabling Fee Earners and Partners to focus on delivering exceptional client service. Your expertise will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in E-Billing processes across APAC.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Act as the APAC lead for E-Billing systems, processes, and compliance.
  • Manage the full E-Billing lifecycle: validation, submission, troubleshooting, and reconciliation.
  • Work closely with platform's support teams and client contacts to troubleshoot and resolve submission issues across invoices, budgets, accruals, and timekeeper rates, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Maintain and optimise platform configurations and client profiles.
  • Analyse performance data to improve processes and reduce rejections.
  • Drive automation and standardisation initiatives.
  • Support client onboarding and deliver training to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve complex issues.
  • Liaise with vendors and client finance teams to resolve escalations.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and system upgrades.

About you

  • Extensive E-Billing and finance experience in professional services or legal environments.
  • Strong knowledge of E-Billing platforms (including but not limited to, TyMetrix, Legal Tracker, Collaborati).
  • Advanced proficiency in financial systems (SAP, Elite 3E, or Aderant) and Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead process improvements and cross-functional projects.
  • Strategic thinker, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
