Was Dich erwartet
- Als Counsel / Senior Associate (m/w/d) berätst Du nationale und internationale Banken, Fonds und Versicherungen sowie Darlehensnehmer in nationalen und internationalen Transaktionen
- Dein Aufgabengebiet umfasst insbesondere die Betreuung im Bereich Unternehmensfinanzierungen (Corporate Finance) und Akquisitionsfinanzierungen (Leveraged Finance)
- Du hast außerdem Interesse an neuesten Entwicklungen im Finanzierungs- und Rechtsberatungsbereich, einschließlich FinTech und Einsatz von LegalTech-Tools
- Bei grenzüberschreitenden Mandaten arbeitest Du eng mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus der ganzen Welt zusammen
Was Dich auszeichnet
- Du hast Dein juristisches Studium mit überdurchschnittlichem Erfolg abgeschlossen
- Du hast Spaß an vielfältigen Projekten und zivilrechtlichen Fragestellungen in einer internationalen Kanzlei
