Our Finance Practice is currently seeking a motivated and reliable 6-month Intern.
Our Finance practice is market leading and offers you the widest platform to develop expertise across all of our core services. We have the international reach and innovative mind-set to represent a broad range of clients and advise them on high profile and pathfinding transactions.
The role will be focused on transactional finance matters (lending, acquisition finance, asset and project finance, real estate finance, funds finance and structured finance) and restructuring work (insolvency, enforcements and special situations).
You will gain hands-on experience in a leading global law firm, working in a professional and collaborative environment. This role provides valuable networking opportunities, allowing you to improve and test your technical legal skills internationally. This internship role is for a fixed term of 6 month starting from April 2026. It is not a Bar traineeship role.
Main duties and responsibilities
•   Conducting legal research to support our legal team;
•   Support to our team on transactional finance matters (lending, acquisition finance, asset and project finance, real estate finance, funds finance and structured finance);
•   Assistance on restructuring work (insolvency, enforcements and special situations); and
•   Drafting the relevant documentation, liaising with, and taking instruction from, clients; attending client and team meetings.

We are keen to hear from interns with the following experience:
•   A strong academic record;
•   Fluency in both English and French;
•   A good command of German or any other language would be advantageous;
