We are seeking a talented Advisor to join our growing Business Advisory practice within the Strategy and Change team in Sydney. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting early-stage business within an established global firm; a team where your ideas and contributions will help shape the future.

We are looking for candidates with around 5+ years’ experience in management consulting or technology transformation background, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. You’ll work closely with legal teams and clients to deliver impactful solutions, while being supported by a collaborative and value-driven team.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality consulting engagements
  • Build relationships across DLA Piper’s legal teams
  • Collaborate on cross-service client engagements and business development initiatives
  • Support proposal creation and pre-sales activities
  • Contribute to strategic and operational growth

About you

  • Proven experience in management consulting (strategy, transformation, change)
  • Extensive experience delivering tech-enabled business transformation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, change and project management skills
  • Curiosity, strategic thinking and adaptability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Financial modelling and data skills is advantageous
  • Prince 2, Agile, APM, ITIL, Scrum Master,SAFe or technology qualifications are advantageous
  • Experience in Energy, Financial Services or Technology sectors (desirable)

Our hiring approach enables us to learn about the professional and person you are, and gives you the opportunity to learn about us. You will always meet your direct Line Manager for your role, as well as peers and close collaborators for the position.
