Our Paralegals collaborate effectively, utilizing efficient processes, legal expertise, and advanced technology to deliver routine IP services with precision.
Main duties and responsibilities
You will be involved in the following activities:
- Drafting and filing trade mark or design applications, renewals, recordals of assignments, limitations, renunciations, notices of opposition, cancellation applications at the IPTO, EUIPO and WIPO;
- Preparing reports for clients on the above and liaising directly with them
- Communicating in English with other DLA Piper IP paralegals and external agents
- Managing deadlines and updating the internal IP management software
- Maintaining and organizing documents and case files and handling general administrative tasks

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English (with a significant portion of work conducted in English), with a high attention to detail and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, clients and foreign agents
