
We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and ambitious Lawyer to join our Litigation & Regulatory (Public Procurement) practice, based in Milan, Italy. The successful candidate will become part of a dynamic team that advises both domestic and international clients, including several government entities.
Main duties and responsibilities
The role involves delivering strategic legal advice across a broad spectrum of administrative law and project financing matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in complex disputes before key judicial bodies, including the Regional Administrative Courts, the Council of State, the High Court of Public Waters, the Supreme Court, and Civil Courts.
A significant focus is placed on supporting clients in the real estate sector, particularly in the development, construction, acquisition, and financing of large-scale logistics and commercial infrastructure. The role also encompasses the drafting, negotiation, and critical review of diverse legal instruments—such as contracts, memoranda, and dispute-related documentation—while ensuring thorough legal research and analysis. Additionally, the professional leads due diligence processes and provides guidance and oversight to junior team members, fostering a collaborative legal environment.
About you

We do not set upper or lower limits of PQE for any of our vacancies. We have however given an indicative PQE as an approximate guide for applicants. Candidates who have between to 4 years PQE are likely to have the right level of knowledge and have gained the right level of experience needed to be able to undertake this role.
- Excellent academic records, and admission to the Italian bar
- Excellent communication and drafting skills in English and Italian
- Solid background in administrative law gained preferably in a boutique or in a multipractice law firm
- Commercially astute and stays current on key legal and business news
- Excellent skills in communication, client relations, and team-working
