We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our highly regarded Human Resources team in Australia renowned for their supportive, high performing and collaborative culture. This role can be based in any of our office locations (Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney or Perth). As a valued team member, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive administrative and operational support for all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment support (experienced hires and early careers) to onboarding, induction, employee engagement and movements. You will also gain exposure and build your experience by contributing across the wider HR team including Learning & Development and Inclusion and Positive Social Impact.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • 1 – 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • a degree in Human Resources or related field, or be studying towards your degree;
  • a high level of attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement;
  • a customer service focus and client centric approach;
  • resilience and enjoy balancing multiple tasks and competing priorities efficiently; and
  • capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a national team environment.

Our hiring approach

Our hiring approach enables us to learn about the professional and person you are, and gives you the opportunity to learn about us. Your recruitment experience can differ depending on the type of role you are interviewing for. You will always meet your direct Line Manager for your role, as well as peers and close collaborators for the position. For some of our roles we may also use assessment tools, practical exercises, and panel presentations.
