Als Senior Assistant bij DLA Piper Nederland speel je een cruciale rol binnen ons internationale advocatenkantoor. Je beheert niet alleen de dagelijkse secretariële en administratieve taken, maar ondersteunt ook bij complexe juridische dossiers en coördineert processen met oog voor detail en deadlines. Dankzij jouw ervaring werk je zelfstandig en denk je proactief mee over procesoptimalisatie. Je maakt je onze diverse systemen snel eigen, bewaart overzicht en neemt actie waar nodig. Daarnaast fungeer je als vraagbaak en mentor voor junior Assistants binnen het team. Bij DLA Piper werk je in een dynamische en professionele omgeving waarin samenwerking en efficiëntie centraal staan. In deze verantwoordelijke rol draag je bij aan een soepele en gestructureerde werkwijze binnen het team.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Secretariële ondersteuning: complex agendabeheer, correspondentie, organiseren van bijeenkomsten en evenementen, en boeken van reizen
  • Administratieve ondersteuning: beheren van dossierstukken en afhandelen van uiteenlopende ad-hoc verzoeken
  • Juridische ondersteuning: zelfstandig voorbereiden, opstellen en beheren van processtukken
  • Dossierbeheer: coördineren en beheren van juridische dossiers en zorgen voor een foutloze afhandeling
  • Mentorschap: ondersteunen en coachen van junior Assistants binnen het team
  • Procesoptimalisatie: signaleren van verbeterkansen en bijdragen aan efficiëntere werkprocessen

About you

  • Minimaal vijf jaar werkervaring als Assistant binnen een advocatenkantoor of vergelijkbare professionele omgeving
  • Uitstekende beheersing van MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proactieve, zelfstandige en probleemoplossende houding
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en overzicht te behouden
  • Discreet, betrouwbaar en nauwkeurig
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal

Our hiring approach enables us to learn about the professional and person you are, and gives you the opportunity to learn about us. Your recruitment experience can differ depending on the type of role you are interviewing for. You will always meet your direct Line Manager for your role, as well as peers and close collaborators for the position. For some of our roles we may also use assessment tools, practical exercises, and panel presentations.
