Our Paralegals collaborate effectively, utilizing efficient processes, legal expertise, and advanced technology to deliver routine and document-intensive legal services with precision.

Role Purpose

In this role, you will engage in diverse, high-quality work that is both interesting and challenging, spanning local and international projects. The primary focus for this new team member will be on Banking & Finance activities, however experience in this area is not necessary.

Main duties and responsibilities

Our team is cross-skilled to ensure the LDC has the flexibility to adjust to variations in demand. Responsibilities will depend on the assignment and may involve work connected to one or more of the following:

  • Disclosure reviews
  • Contract drafting and negotiation
  • Company searches
  • End to end Corporate deal support
  • Quality checks

About you

  • Completed tertiary qualification in law
  • Practical Legal Training completion preferred
  • High level attention to detail and computer literacy with an interest in developing your AI assisted skills to apply in the legal environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Agile and collaborative approach with flexibility to adapt to different activities and priorities
