To support marketing activities with maintaining and standardizing the data on the firm’s customer relationship management system (InterAction), retrieving information from internal databases and systems, recording and gathering of all elements of experience data to showcase our credentials as a leading global business law firm. Apart from the data stewardship, the role holder will be also accountable for delivery of a number of administrative tasks related to data maintenance area in accordance with internal service level agreements (SLAs).

This is an international role and candidates will be required to support a number of different colleagues on a worldwide basis. Flexibility as to working pattern is a must.

Main duties and responsibilities

Be accountable for daily data stewardship: new contacts’ validation, merging duplicate contacts, standardizing the data, data cleanse and resolving discrepancies

  • Monitor and maintain the quality of data on client relationship management system (InterAction) against data standards
  • Improve the overall data quality of InterAction
  • Ensure the data is stored and tagged correctly to optimize retrieval process in internal databases
  • Be responsible for creation and populating mailing lists on the firm’s CRM system
  • Support Marketing and Business Development teams worldwide on data retrieval from internal databases, providing standard reports based on defined criteria
  • Be accountable for review and processing registrations to international companies’ programs
  • Support on directories processes ensuring that the data is updated on external sites
  • Engage with client and ensure the delivery meets their expectations within agreed procedures and service level agreements
  • Support on delivering pre mailing metrics
  • Ensure compliance to all policies, procedures, standard operating procesures
  • Create, update and maintain process documentation
  • Contribute to the reports prepared by the team and/or requested by the manager
  • Liaise and strengthen relationships with internal clients, adopting a flexible approach to work allocation where workloads dictate. Cooperate with colleagues from within marketing team and other streams to solve common issues and share best practice.
  • Provide support to any other administrative tasks within marketing field where necessary
