We are looking for a Consultant to join our Business Advisory, Integrated M&A team in our Sydney office where you will be working with seasoned M&A practitioners. We are a team with big ambitions and are looking for experienced professionals like you to bring it to life! We would like to hear from you if you if you are a team player coming with experience in M&A execution within an in-house Corporate Development team and/or M&A advisory.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Support the delivery of successful engagements by supporting our clients to develop and execute inorganic growth strategies across the end-to-end M&A life cycle
- Build and analyse financial models for potential inorganic growth initiatives
- Develop strong relationships with DLA Piper colleagues by capturing mindshare and creating influence across all teams
- Contribute to the delivery of regional sales targets by supporting the sales process
- Capture local insights and collaborate with solution teams to develop and enhance solutions and services
