I’ve taken on more responsibility with new roles at DLA Piper. Previously, I was the manager of the Finance team in Japan. Now I have very broad responsibility across Finance and HR, and this makes me very proud.

I would never be satisfied with just doing the same things every day. Plus, the people at DLA Piper make me want to stay.
