I recently stepped into a new role as IT Manager Asia and look after the daily IT-related needs of colleagues in seven of our offices across Asia.

This means having the most advanced IT technology, knowing how our firm works, and understanding our customers so I can help them improve their work efficiency.

I found my new role challenging during the first three months, but my colleagues and my customers encouraged me and supported me.

It’s important to be diligent and pro-active with your work and to always smile at your customers.
