What we're looking for

You’re someone who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the table. Here’s what we hope you bring with you:

  • A few solid years of experience in a similar role
  • Ideally, a background in a corporate legal function – it’s a great foundation for thriving with us
  • A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills – you’re great at juggling tasks without dropping the ball
  • You know your way around Word and Excel like a pro, and you're confident when it comes to handling documents and working with tech
  • A team-first mindset, with the drive to grow personally while helping the firm succeed
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
  • You're ready to support our corporate clients on matters related to M&A and corporate law
  • Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English – plus the time management skills to stay calm, focused, and efficient even when deadlines are tight

We are looking for a true team player who is highly flexible, proactive, quick-thinking, collaborative, and resourceful with superior attention to details. Previous use of legal invoicing programs (CSI, Legal Tracker, Tymetrix etc.) are considered a plus. Preferably you have a suitable degree for the position.

Main duties and responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • providing high-level secretarial and administrative support with proactive approach that keeps the team steps ahead
  • Coordinating file opening and closing, and managing invoicing
  • Preparing and maintaining multiple status reports
  • Handling complex document formatting and resolving technical issues in Microsoft Word
  • Managing client asset account operations

Our hiring approach

Our hiring approach enables us to learn about the professional and person you are, and gives you the opportunity to learn about us. Your recruitment experience can differ depending on the type of role you are interviewing for. You will always meet your direct Line Manager for your role, as well as peers and close collaborators for the position. For some of our roles we may also use assessment tools, practical exercises, and panel presentations.
