We are currently looking for a Senior Associate to join our Corporate Team in Brisbane. Joining us will see you working in an integrated international corporate team with a strong and growing Australian market presence. 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Our team is perfectly positioned to support leading enterprises, the brightest start-up companies and financial institutions in their development and investment activities. From multi-jurisdictional cross-border mergers and acquisitions to venture capital and growth equity transactions for high growth tech companies and equity capital markets, we support our clients (large and small) through all stages of their lifecycle and transactions. Working across a variety of sectors including technology, financial services, infrastructure and energy and resources, you will advise on all matters affecting their business. Our clients benefit from a valuable combination of global insight and local knowledge that allows us to handle all aspects of complex domestic and cross-border corporate transactions. Understanding the industry and the day-to-day issues faced by our clients is critical to our success.
