MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Real Estate team offers a full range of services in areas including investment structuring,
acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing development, construction law, real estate
finance, planning and development, landlord and tenant disputes, and tax.
The successful candidate will join our global team of over 600 real estate lawyers and assist
clients throughout the entire life cycle of their investments, wherever in the world business takes
Working as part of our market leading global team, candidates will advise domestic and international clients and colleagues on a wide range of real estate investment, development, financing, corporate and commercial leasing transactions, construction contracts as well as landlord and tenant disputes acting as a primary point of contact for clients.
We pride ourselves on having a collegiate environment and we are looking for down-to-earth but
confident lawyers with strong leadership potential. We do not set upper or lower limits of PQE
for any of our vacancies, however we expect those with between 2 - 5 years PQE will have the
right amount of experience for the role.
