We want to give you an insight into what DLA Piper is like and what it is to work in a first-class law firm! You will have the possibility to get familiar with a broad range of interesting cases and projects. Our trainees assist our lawyers in their daily work in all our practice groups (Corporate, Restrucuring, Litigation and Regulatory, Employment, Tax, Real Estate, Finance & Projects and IPT). We will offer you a truly international environment during your four-month trainee period. Among an assigned personal tutor as your support, you will have great colleagues and a warm-hearted work society! Your duties are very similar to those of freshly graduated lawyers, eg. legal research, translations and drafting various documents, and contacting authorities. All trainees are welcome to participate in professional training events and other events organized by DLA Piper Helsinki.
By the end of your Trainee Programme, you will have a clearer understanding of where your talents and interests lie. The experience you'll have gained - and the networks you'll have nurtured - will provide a strong foundation for your future career!
