Great opportunity to join our Litigation & Regulatory, White Collar Crime practice group in Rome. 

You will be supporting lawyers and partners of the team with regards to the white collar crime proceedings (corruption, tax crimes, corporate and financial crimes, IP, health and safety in the workplace, environmental and malfunctioning product issues). 

The team defends directors and managers of domestic and international companies in criminal proceedings arising from their professional activities as well as companies proceedings under the Decree No. 231/2001 from charges of corporate criminal liability. The team also advises in relation to compliance matters, including the drafting of compliance programmes and internal control systems for large multinational groups governed by national and foreign regulations (including the UK Bribery Act and FCPA) and has specific and extensive experience in conducting defensive investigations, also internally for companies. 


  • Legal Research
  • Assistance in drafting of disputes and investigations related documents
  • Analysis of case’s documentation
  • Preliminary drafting of due diligence report
  • Case law study
  • Participation in hearings and meeting with client together with the associate/partner responsible for the matter
