The role


The Senior Supplier Assurance Lead will be responsible for managing our Supplier Assurance framework and associated procurement processes across the International offices. Including ongoing supplier segmentation and supplier management plans for key suppliers.
Reporting into the Head of Procurement you will be empowered with managing compliance to our robust procurement policy, processes and tools that will contribute real value to the performance of the Procurement function.


  • Key areas of responsibility: Drive the seamless integration of procurement procedures into Procurement category and contract strategies.
  • Design and deliver tools and guidelines to improve access to procurement processes across Procurement and wider Group .
  • Increase best practice procurement coverage and compliance through the broad adoption of governance, processes and tools across the Business.
  • Drive supplier compliance to policies and processes
  • Manage supplier risk (including reputational, sustainability, corporate and social responsibility, health & safety, anti-corruption & bribery).
  • Develop and deliver insightful management information  to demonstrate governance and compliance.
  • Work with the Procurement team to embed the Firm’s Values and SESG strategy across the supply chain.
