Stiamo contrattando uno stagista dinamico e motivato che possa essere di supporto al Recruitment Business Partner nella gestione del processo di reclutamento e selezione, assicurando ai nostri candidati una esperienza di alto livello, in linea con il nostro standard internazionale.

  • Supporto screening CV
  • Organizzazione di colloqui con potenziali candidati
  • Invio di Skills Assessment ai candidati e controllo dei risultati 
  • Aggiornamento dello status del processo di selezione nel portale interno e verso i candidati
  • Redazione dei profili sintetici dei candidati in preparazione del colloquio  
  • Raccolta dei feebdack in seguito ai colloqui 
  • Pubblicazione delle posizioni aperte sui portali delle Università
  • Partecipazione agli eventi presso le Università in supporto al Recruitment Business Partner, se necessario


  • Laurea in discipline umanistiche con forte interesse per il mondo della ricerca e selezione del personale
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua Italiana ed Inglese (gradito lo Spagnolo);
  • Eccellente capacità organizzativa, di gestione del tempo e attenzione ai dettagli;
  • Impegno personale e attitudine all'apprendimento;
  • Motivazione e spirito di squadra
  • Dinamicità e determinazione

We are hiring a dynamic and motivated intern to support the Recruitment Business Partner in smoothly running the recruitment process assuring a high level of candidate experience.

  • Supporting Recruitment Business Partner in smoothly running the recruitment process assuring a high level of candidate experience;
  • Posting job adverts on external Job Boards;
  • Sending Skills Assessment tests to candidates and monitoring results;
  • Creating candidate’s profile to share with Hiring Managers prior to the interview; 
  • Scheduling interviews;
  • Updating candidates on the status of their recruitment process;
  • Replying to candidates requests;
  • Creating and maintaining process documentation and reports as required;
  • Attending University events together with the Recruitment Business Partner when necessary; 


  • Student or Graduated with great interest about Recruitment and Human Resources matters
  • Italian native speaker with great English language skills (Spanish appreciated)
  • Effective planning, organizational skills, time management and prioritization; attention to details
  • Team player and supportive attitude
