The role

THE OPPORTUNITY 

Recruitment Administrators work closely with local team and international Recruitment Business Partners and are responsible for managing and maintaining recruitment data. Each Administrator supports recruitment processes with regards to administrating Application Tracking System (Taleo) and helping in interview scheduling, following set standard operating procedures in a timely and quality manner with customer focus.

Successful candidates will support GSC Recruitment Coordinator in mapping and migrating processes to GSC and also in identifying processes and systems improvements.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Recruitment Assistant in interview scheduling from administrative perspectives
  • Schedule agency briefings
  • Support Recruitment Busines s Partners with smooth running the recruitment process assuring high level of candidate experience
  • Create candidates' profiles and job requisitions in the system
  • Candidate profile system management
  • Post adverts on Job Boards (internal and external)
  • Send Skills Arena assessment tests to candidates and monitor results
  • Send feedback forms to interviewers after meetings
  • Reply Career Website enquires
  • Manage agency terms and conditions through the DocuSign and SpendConnect platform
  • Add agencies and agents into Taleo and reliese requisitions to them
  • Create and maintain process documentation and reports as required
  • Seek opportunities for improvement in Recruitment area, design and apply improvements
  • Perform in line with agreed procedures, SLAs and customers expectations
  • Both share and apply best practices
  • Ensure that all relevant company's standards and guidelines are met
  • Cooperate with colleagues from other HR sub-teams in ad-hoc administrative tasks

ABOUT YOU

  • University degree
  • Very good command of English
  • Experience in working with ATS (especially Taleo)
  • Knowledge of specific of working in SSC or BPO
  • Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Customer oriented and proactive approach
  • Effective planning, organizational skills, time management and prioritization; attention to detail
  • Team player - ability to work well with team members and with other teams to deliver solutions
