Due to maternity leave, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced, high-performing and truly collaborative Client Relationship Manager to join our international; team on a 12-month fixed term contract basis.
Starting in October and based in our London, regional or International offices this is a highly visible and integral role working closely with one or more of the firms most significant clients. The Client Relationship Manager will work alongside the Client Relationship Partners, and the wider DLA Piper teams, focussing on client development, relationship management and service delivery activities.
Besides liaising with the various firm-wide internal stakeholders this role will be client facing.
Facilitating client meetings, Internal communications/collaboration, progress reviews and financials will feature highly as will coaching, research, identifying client drivers and other key projects.
The role requires a proactive approach, good business development skills and confidence in front of senior clients, partners and wider (business services) teams with the purpose to develop a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship with the client.
