The role

THE OPPORTUNITY

Provide expert-level knowledge in one of three HR areas: ELC or Recruitment or L&D. The role will focus on delivering change, process and service improvement through HR technology and operational effectiveness.  In addition, a person in this role will provide project management support. A person in this role is a key member of the project team, and he/she will participate in project development, disseminate project information and serve as active participant in project and process related work groups. 

MAIN DUTIES DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acts as an HR SME for one of the three HR areas 
  • Participates in automatization and process improvement: designing smart and elegant HR solutions 
  • Manages changes in the HR processes and services, HR projects and key documentation
  • works in conjunction with project staff, actively participates in project work groups and committees
  • assists with the implementation of HR projects and coordinates its activities; this includes planning, developing, implementing and evaluating projects as well as preparing agendas for meetings, documenting key decisions and creating /collaborating with team members to develop project collateral (e.g. procedures, proposal, progress reports, process maps or other docs as required) 
  • communicates effectively in both oral and written forms to a variety of stakeholders; delivers engaging, informative and well-organized presentations 

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in seeking opportunities and successful implementation of improvements in HR administration
  • Experience in creating and maintaining process documentation
  • A broad understanding of the HR employee lifecycle
  • Thorough knowledge of either ELC, Recruitment or L&D processes
  • Experience of successfully supporting cross-country projects through the project life-cycle advantageous but not essential
  • Working understanding of HR technology/ies 
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships within the project working groups as well as a wider HR community 
  • Advanced English. Fluency in other European Languages advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Must work calmly under pressure
  • Flexible and adaptable; willing to roll sleeves up and get stuck in, not afraid of change
  • Collaborative
