The role


To support the local International Recruitment Business Partner and our hiring community, in the 
attraction of the very best people for our firm.To be a key point of contact in the engagement and development of long term relationships with candidates.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to support short and long term talent pipelines
  • Provide the Recruitment Partner with support regarding the creation of engaging job adverts and postings
  • Managing and promoting the internal recruitment newsletter
  • Ensuring all data in the ATS is up to date
  • Develop candidate pipelines and talent pools to support specific hard to fill roles, campaigns and attraction activity
  • Be a brand ambassador with a focus on the candidate experience, bringing to life the culture, values and opportunities and DLA Piper
  • Input into the development of candidate engagement and outreach initiatives and marketing campaigns and sourcing strategies
  • Maintaining ongoing contact with existing talent pool candidates to capture market intelligence and brief them on potential current and future opportunities
  • Proactively recommend and drive process improvements that impact candidate identification and engagement
  • Conduct CV pre-screening and screening calls for pre-defined roles
  • Create engaging outreach messages and content to be used in direct messaging
  • Collaborate with GSC Recruitment Operations team to seek their support as well as provide them with requested information related to candidate’s status, vacancy stage and reporting data
  • Maintain company profiles on social media –, GoWork
  • To support and administer any new recruitment programmes or ways of working


  • Excellent command in English and Polish is a must, both written and spoken.
  • A proven background proactively sourcing candidates and developing successful relationships and candidate talent pools – in house or agency
  • A passion for talent acquisition and best-in-class candidate experience and service delivery
  • Customer-and service orientated person with strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding workload and multiple priorities/hiring needs
  • Strong understanding and application of recruitment technology including ATS expertise, varied search and sourcing methods, LinkedIn, talent pooling and market mapping
  • Ability to build relationships and networks internally and externally, partnering with the business and internal employee resource groups to drive referrals and attract diverse talent
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to grasp commercial concepts and complex procedures
