The role


Inter Office Billing & Collection Accountant/Junior Accountant is responsible for assuring payment  and International Inter Office invoices in a timely and quality manner; collaborates closely within the Inter Office Billing & Collection team seeking opportunities for improving customers experience and contributing to a positive working atmosphere.

  • Support the credit control team in administrative tasks which supports the collection process
  • Managing the general Inbox
  • Communicate with global partners, local finance teams and stakeholders to ensure correct flow of information
  • Create and develop unpaid bills reports from across the team to ensure timely delivery of information to the firm
  • Support the International Finance teams in the reconciliation and creation of client unpaid bills data in line with timescales agreed by Senior Management
  • Maintain the departments dashboard reports and identify areas of improvement to help drive collection across the firm
  • Co-ordinate with the other Finance Teams and partners in relation to the monitoring of client account balances
  • Embrace change, modifying behaviors and attitudes where necessary
  • Assist in the exchange of information with others inside and outside of the Credit Control function
  • Provide input and assistance in the development of procedural training/documentation
