    • The functional Lead will have high levels of influencing skills and the ability to facilitate new ways of working with the business.  Consequently, credibility will be essential
    • The Functional Lead will have the ability to work within a programme environment where delivering quality outputs to defined time-scales will be critical. Effective time management and the ability to drive deliverables to completion is essential

    • Be able to drive the design of functional workshops and configuration sessions, identifying RAID items and validating business requirements
    • Provide input to SMEs on content conversion approach, review structures, assignment rules, formats and naming conventions.
    • Input into testing approach to ensure content is tested and fit for purpose ready for go live
    • Partner with business SMEs to ensure only valid, relevant materials are moved to the new Success Factors platform.
    • Work with business stakeholders to identify country-specific requirements
    • Work directly with functional consultants, technical resources for integration activities and SMEs from other SF modules to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and help to drive requirements sign-off
