We are currently recruiting for an Associate to join DLA Piper's global Tax Group, to be based in Dublin.
The team works with multinational companies addressing the complex challenges of international commerce and
business operations as well as managing and resolving tax disputes. The team in Dublin has expanded rapidly and is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial tax professional to join the team to drive further growth.
Our global Tax Group assists clients in structuring a wide range of transactions including IP planning, financing
structures, international corporate reorganisations and cross border mergers and acquisitions. We provide these
international tax services while at the same time offering clients the benefits of the attorney-client and work-product

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We do not set upper or lower limits of PQE for any of our vacancies. We have however given an indicative PQE as an
