MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As Marketing Administrator (Fundamental Data) you will be responsible for data stewardship and supporting a number of administrative tasks, including updating and maintenance of our internal CRM system (Interaction), retrieving information from the company's internal databases and systems, assisting with the recording and gathering of all elements of experience data to showcase our credentials as a leading global business law firm, contributing to SCC customers' experience and to a positive working atmosphere.

  • Update and maintain various databases including client contact databases, websites
  • Populating mailing lists, collating and monitoring responses, attendees
  • Update and verify various documents upon request
  • Handle daily InterAction database cleaning
  • Send regular reminders and chasers
  • Ensure the data is stored in the required storage system
  • Provide support for a variety of administrative tasks where necessary
  • Create and maintain process documentation to ensure governance of data being stored and used
  • Update and verify various documents upon request
  • Support marketers in retrieving other data from company’s internal systems
