By joining our Town Planning / Environmental group within the Real Estate department in Milan you will manage and advise companies and public administrations on town planning, building and environmental law. In particular the team deals with administrative aspects related to the authorisation processes for the construction and operation of real estate complex and analyses the authorisation trial related to the housing development (such as commercial centers, residential complex, etc.) in respect to environmental, town planning and building-zoning matters.
This opportunity is perfect for you to develop and achieve your ambitions, allowing you to be exposed to a wide variety of work, including real estate investment funds, mergers and acquisition deals.
