MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following significant growth to date and further projected growth, we now have a new role for a Contentious Construction, Projects and Infrastructure Associate to join our market leading specialist team.
The key focus of the role will be on domestic and international construction disputes. Acting for a diverse client and sector base, the successful candidate will gain direct experience in all aspects of disputes avoidance, management and resolution of high quality, highly complex disputes in the infrastructure, construction and transport sectors. The role will be based in one our UK offices, with the opportunity to travel to our international offices.
This is your opportunity to join our team who have a proven track record of success in providing contractual, practical, operational and risk management advice on distressed, high-value or strategically critical projects. We bring continuity of advice at all stages of a project’s lifecycle, from inception through construction and into the operational phase
We do not set upper or lower limits of PQE for any of our vacancies. We have however given an indicative PQE as an approximate guide for applicants. Candidates who have between 1 and 4 years PQE are likely to have the right level of enthusiasm and knowledge, with the right level of experience needed to be able to undertake and develop within this role.
