The role of GSC Marketing Administrator (Pitch) will be central to the efficient operations of the pitch team. The candidate will ensure that all requests for marketing support activity are recorded using the central ticketing system, allocated efficiently according to defined criteria and delivered in accordance with internal service level agreements (SLAs). 

The role holder will be required to support pitch activity and other business development/sales opportunities and the associated administration of the pitch process, as well as personally deliver a number of administrative tasks when required. 

This is an international role and candidates will be required to support a number of different colleagues on a worldwide basis.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete pitch notification forms and support allocation of pitches to personnel according to a prescribed matrix
  • Gather materials to support the pitch qualification process 
  • Prepare weekly and monthly pitch reports
  • Engage other support functions (e.g. Finance, DP, Risk, Research, Design, Reprographics) and manage input to ensure timely delivery
  • Collate pitch-related materials including CVs and credentials
  • Perform regular administrative tasks supporting the International Pitch Team

ABOUT YOU

  • Excellent English skills required
  • Good command of an additional language will be an asset
  • University degree preferably in Marketing or related courses 
  • Interest in a marketing/business development role, in particular pitch process support, experience in this field will be an asset
  • Knowledge of marketing, business development and project management methods and tools would be an asset – possibly supported by associated certifications 
  • Experience of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook is essential; experience of using InterAction/CRM systems would be beneficial
  • Demonstrate a strong commercial awareness in both approach and delivery 
  • Timeliness, accuracy and precision in task delivery
  • Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines, be methodical and logical, as well as thrive in a robust and fast-paced environment
  • Have the ability to stay calm and composed in often demanding situations
  • Focused on providing excellent customer service: a professional approach, score highly in terms of commitment and internal client care; experience of working in a Global Service Centre environment will be a strong asset
  • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise tact and diplomacy
  • Highly motivated with a proactive 'can do' attitude. You will have a collaborative working style, able to work on own initiative as well as part of a wider team
