We're looking for a commercially minded Reward Analyst to join DLA Piper's International Reward team and help shape the future of our reward offering across Australia and the Asia Pacific region. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you'll work closely with the Head of Reward - APAC to deliver key compensation initiatives, provide meaningful workforce insights, and influence reward strategies that attract, retain and motivate top talent.
Working as part of a global Centre of Expertise, you'll partner with HR, Finance and business stakeholders across Australia and internationally, contributing to reward projects, market benchmarking, analytics and strategic decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity to build your reward expertise in a collaborative, international environment with broad stakeholder exposure.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Supporting the end-to-end delivery of annual salary and bonus review processes
- Compensation modelling, budgeting, reporting and reward and data analysis
- Development and maintenance of compensation policies and salary structures
- Design, administration and reporting of benefits, incentives and recognition programmes
- Strategic reward projects with regional and international scope
- Providing reward guidance and insights to stakeholders across Australia and APAC
We are looking for a Reward Analyst who combines strong analytical capability with excellent stakeholder management skills and enjoys working with complex data to deliver practical business solutions.
About you
- Experience in a Reward Analyst or similar compensation-focused role
- Practical experience supporting salary and bonus review processes
- Strong market benchmarking and reward analytics capability
- Experience working with compensation and/or HR systems
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, charts and data analysis
- Strong PowerPoint, reporting and presentation skills
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience analysing salary and benefits data to support reward decisions
