We are currently seeking an enthusiastic part-time Receptionist to join our Property and Workplace team in Perth on a 12-month contract. This role is four days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday), working 8:00am – 5:00pm.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across the national reception team, catering, and IT. You’ll be responsible for managing a busy national switchboard, welcoming internal and external clients, and coordinating meeting room bookings, video conferences, and national and international teleconferences. This is a varied and fast-paced role that will see you balancing multiple priorities with confidence.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting internal and external clients.
  • Assisting with client requests, whilst always displaying a high level of professionalism.
  • Ensure the meeting rooms are set up correctly and are tidy for all upcoming meetings with the necessary IT equipment in the room.
  • Attend to and answer all emails sent to the Perth Reception inbox including room bookings, video conferences / teleconferences, catering requests (liaising with catering staff), preparing new starter induction packs.
  • Assist with administration duties when required.
  • Any responsibilities which may be required prior to Reception closure at 5:00pm (e.g. switching off phones, assisting catering staff with any duties prior to closure).
