We are currently recruiting a brilliant and experienced trainee lawyer to join our Real Estate Investment team within our market leading Real Estate group in Milan. If you’re an ambitious trainee lawyer with experience in real estate, bring your ambition, initiative and entrepreneurial mindset to a global business that’s redefining the possible. You’ll manage and advise national and international investors and developers in all aspects of real estate law, and you will work closely together with colleagues from the funds, finance and tax teams, assisting clients in identifying and implementing the most suitable structure for the realisation of real estate investments.

Main duties and responsibilities

You will be working as part of our market leading real estate team and will undertake a broad variety of work that will cover our core real estate services, advising institutional investors on real estate matters, in detail:

  • on due diligence processes, in connection with both development and completed projects covering all relevant aspects of the same, from property law issues to detailed analyses of planning and building law and in relation to the drafting and negotiation of all the agreements involved in a real estate project

About you

  • Graduated with excellent academic marks
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in real estate investment transactions is preferred and will be considered a plus
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills in both Italian and English
  • Service minded, organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Positive mentality with a "can do" attitude
  • Demonstrate a desire to achieve excellence
  • Open to changing environment which requires daily learning
